Purchased new in 2000, this Boston GP-178 is a beautiful 5'10" ebony polish grand piano designed by Steinway & Sons.

In 1991 the Steinway & Sons piano company began working with the Kawai piano manufacturer in Japan to build the Boston piano to Steinway specifications. By this arrangement, Steinway can offer their patented technologies as a lower cost to their customers.
