The Everett factory is no longer in business, however a new piano of this size and quality would cost $7500.00 or more. With this piano, you can have a nice piano for your home or studio for half the cost.
This Everett piano was manufactured in our home state of Michigan, right on the shores of Lake Michigan in South Haven. The company actually began in Boston, MA in 1883, however moved to Michigan in 1926 where it merged with the Cable-Nelson Piano Company.
This company specialized in the upright piano, and was innovative in creating a better sound for their uprights. Did you know that the Yamaha pianos were made in the Everett factory from 1973 - 1986. This company was owned by the Yamaha company, however only lasted until 1989 when it closed it's doors.
